Here’s a great freebie….though not completely free…some readers may want to do anyway, especially since it’s pedicure season:
Herbal Essences is doing a promotion where if you buy a specially marked bottle of shampoo/conditioner, you get a free manicure or pedicure at participating salons.

That is nice, but they are holding out on participating locations until you send them your UPC’s. then they will send you the locations with the voucher..i would be very disappointed if there wasn’t any in my area..thanks for the info though. :smile:
