Anybody who missed this, it wasn’t a facial. There was no esthetician, and no goodie bag. Just a staff member putting stuff on your face and trying to upsell with no regard to your personal needs. I specifically told her my skin is sensitive, and I can’t do toner or moisturizer, to which she immediately tried to sell me two moisturizers and a toner in addition to a cleanser.

I booked my facial for today. It was as promised, a mini facial, a hand massage and a gift bag. I was not obligated to buy anything. The products they used on me were pretty good and if it werent for the price I would have bought them. The staff was really nice, I was treated to assorted fruit and champaigne. It was well worth it.

Return it and get your money back. There was no obligation to buy anything. That’s what staff at two different locations told me over the phone, when i called to book the appointment.
