I think these samples come without the nicotine substitute so its just gum.
The easiest way to quit is just to go cold turkey and completely isolate yourself from cigarettes and smokers for atleast 6 months.
I quit this way!

No the starter packs are the real thing, not just gum. Hope people read this before trying to give it to children :uh:.
