    put the last one the one that says none of the above and then put yes for u have been diagnoced with diabettes

    I don’t have diabetes, but I said I did. The survey was really quick and easy. Still haven’t gotten my gc, though. Hope I get it soon!

    yes you can, I just got my son a cd and used 2 $5 GC and it was only $3.97 outta pocket, so if I would have had this it would have been free, there are lots of things under $15
