I saw a coupon for free $5 target gc when buy different P&G products pantene,olay definy and covergirl. $25 or more of these items doesn’t say size requirements. Might be a regional thing

many of the gc ones just don’t come, its pretty much all luck. Plenty do though, just search the what I got page for amazon and you’ll see a bunch
