To receive a refund from Vicks, please mail us the following:
The original, dated receipt with the purchase price clearly marked
The original UPC from your NyQuil Original Liquid or NyQuil Cherry Liquid package. If your UPC is not easy to remove, simply write the UPC code on your register receipt.
An index card (preferably 3” x 5”) that has your complete name, mailing address, and a brief explanation of why you were not completely satisfied.
