do you know where i can find the form for this goody hairband rebate?? i bought it @ walgreen but there is no instruction. thanks
Walgreens should have printed up the rebate form when you paid for it at the register, it comes out where register rewards come out. Either they screwed up, or you accidentally didn;t pick an eligible product. (Not all ouchless are applicable)
