MONTHLY PRIZES: At the end of each month during the 7 months of the Promotion Period, and according to the schedule listed in Section 3 above, a random drawing will be conducted by Promotion Mechanics, Inc. (“PMI”), an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received that month to award the following prizes:

GRAND PRIZE: On or about 9/3/13, a random drawing will be conducted by PMI to award the following prize:
(1) Grand Prize: a 2013 NITRO Z-7 with 150hp OptiMax motor and trailer valued at approximately US$26,740. In addition, the prize includes A KVD Signature Series Hydrowave, a KVD Strike King Lure Kit, a Transom mounted trolling motor, a Humminbird Model 597 GPS Fish Finder, a pair of Oakley KVD Signature Series glasses, a set of exclusive Bass Pro Shops rod/reel comb, and a Bass Pro Shops gift card in the amount of US$500. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is US$30,229.96.
