Note that Instant Prizes will be a music download for one specific artist only in accordance with the time periods set forth above. Each artist will be announced on the Website and each artist’s downloads will only be available for a certain period of time following the table set forth above.
Administrator will deliver a “Code” to the e-mail address of each Instant Winner. The Code will allow an Instant Winner to redeem his/her Instant Prize at http://awe.sm/5eRzV; each Instant Winner must use the Code by following the instruction at http://awe.sm/5eRzV to redeem his/her Instant Prize. Each Code is subject to its specific terms and conditions. Each Code is redeemable for an Instant Prize only and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Each code will not be replaced if it is lost or used without a Instant Winner’s permission. No more than five thousand (5,000) Instant Prizes will be awarded during the entire Promotion Period.
B. Odds of Winning an Instant Prize. In order for an Entrant’s Instant Win Game Play to result in the Entrant being a potential Instant Win Game Prize Winner, it must have occurred either at the exact randomly predetermined winning time as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator or, if no Instant Win Game Play has occurred at the exact randomly predetermined winning time, then it must be the Instant Win Game Play that occurred at the closest time immediately following the randomly predetermined winning time. If an Entrant receives a winning message, the Entrant will be deemed a potential Instant Win Game Winner pending confirmation and/or verification of the Entrant’s eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules as determined by Sponsor. The number of Instant Win Game Prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Period as Instant Win Game Prizes are played for and/or claimed. The total number of Instant Win Game Prizes will not exceed the number of Instant Win Game Prizes as set forth in the table in Section 4A. All Instant Win Game Prizes will be awarded provided there are a sufficient number of eligible Winners. Instant Win Game Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded. An Instant Prize may or may not be awarded on each day of the Promotion Period.
C. ARV. The ARV of all Instant Prizes is six thousand five hundred dollars ($6,500.00).
5. RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS: On or about October 5, 2012, Administrator will randomly draw Eighty Seven (87) total potential Grand Prize Winners (each, a “Grand Prize Winner”) in accordance with the following:

ARV. The ARV of all Instant Prizes is six thousand five hundred dollars ($6,500.00).
GRAND PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING:
A. Grand Prize (87): Eighty Seven (87) Grand Prize Winners will each receive a trip for two (2) – the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) “Guest” – to the “Ram® Jam”. The Ram® Jam will take place on December 29, 2012 in Nashville, Tennessee (date is subject to change). The Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest will receive a three (3) day trip to in Nashville, Tennessee leaving on an exact date to be determined but which date will be around December 28, 2012 and returning on an exact date to be determined but which date will be around December 30, 2012. The Grand Prize will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and the Guest from the gateway airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Nashville, Tennessee; three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) in a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion; ground transportation to and from airport and hotel and to and from the hotel to the Ram® Jam; Six Hundred Ninety Dollars ($690) for travel expenses. If the Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Nashville, Tennessee, the Grand Prize Winner will receive two hundred fifty U.S. dollars ($250.00) in lieu of round-trip airfare.
ARV: The ARV of each Grand Prize is Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00). The ARV of all Grand Prizes is two hundred seventeen thousand five hundred dollars ($217,500.00).
