PRIZES: There will be five (5) Grand Prize Winners. Each Grand Prize Winner, upon the ASC’s
confirmation of eligibility, will receive a minimum of a 4 day / 3 night trip for two (2) people to St.
Petersburg/Clearwater, FL. The Grand Prize package includes: (a) two (2) Round-trip standard economy
airfare tickets on Allegiant Air, including two (2) checked bags, from a commercial airport in the United
States near the winner’s primary residence served by Allegiant Air to St. Pete/Clearwater International
Airport (PIE) (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if
Winner resides within 150 miles of the Location); (b) standard hotel accommodations for a minimum of
three (3) nights for two (2) people at a hotel to be determined by the Sponsor (double occupancy; room
and tax only), (c) iHeart Radio Live Concert Experience for two (2) people, (d) one (1) Visit St.
Pete/Clearwater Swag Bag, and (e) one (1) $250 gift card for transportation or other travel expenses.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each total Grand Prize package is $3,010.
