Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are
physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding
Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen
(18) years of age or older, with a child between the ages of 2 and 8 years of age as of the start of
the Sweepstakes Period.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is US$520.00 for 4 tickets to The New York Spectacular
Starring the Radio City Rockettes ($130 per ticket); flight and hotel prices will vary dependent, as
applicable, upon Winner’s home location and travel dates. Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize
is approximately $4,500.
