Eligible entries will be divided into one of fourteen (14) separate groups: 1) entries from residents of AL; 2) entries from residents of AZ; 3) entries from residents of CA; 4) entries from residents of GA; 5) entries from residents of MD; 6) entries from residents of MI; 7) entries from residents of NC; 8) entries from residents of NJ; 9) entries from residents of NY; 10) entries from residents of OH; 11) entries from residents of PA; 12) entries from residents of TX; 13) entries from residents of WA; 14) and entries from residents of the remaining thirty seven (37) states and D.C. (each a “Group”, and collectively “Groups”). Each eligible entry shall be assigned to only one (1) Group, and each entry shall be eligible to be selected as a winner only for the Group into which the entry is assigned, based on the state of residence selected by the entrant.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected among all eligible entrants from Groups 1 through 14, in accordance with these official rules. Grand Prize Winner will receive ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) which may be used toward the winner’s dream patio. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00).
First Prize: Three (3) First Prize winner will be selected among all eligible entrants from Groups 1 through 14, in accordance with these official rules. First Prize winner will receive five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) which may be used toward the winner’s dream patio. Total ARV of the First Prize is fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00).
Second Prize: One (1) Second Prize winner will be selected from the eligible entrants of each of the Groups 1 through 13 and two (2) Second Prize winners will be selected among all eligible entrants from Group 14, in accordance with these official rules. Each Second Prize Winner will receive one (1) Patio Package which will consist of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) worth of special items to be used toward the winner’s dream patio. Total ARV for each Second Prize is one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), total ARV for all Second Prizes is fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).
Total ARV of all available prizes in this Sweepstakes is forty thousand dollars ($40,000.00). Each entrant is eligible to win only one (1) prize.
