PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be (4) grand prize winners. The grand prize is
(a) Butch Harmon School of Golf Experience November 13, 2015 – November
14, 2015: one (1) round-trip coach airfare ticket from the major commercial airport
nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to McCarran International Airport in
Las Vegas, NV; one (1) standard hotel room (single occupancy) for three (3) nights
at Caesars Palace; ground transportation to and from McCarran Airport in Las
Vegas; Golf instruction with Butch Harmon and staff; Computerized video analysis
plus official personalized student handbook with swing photos and action items; One
(1) nine hole playing lesson at Rio Secco Golf Club with staff; Lunch daily with Butch
Harmon and staff. The total approximate retail value of the Butch Harmon School
of Golf Experience is $4,500, depending on exact itinerary.
(b) 2016 Farmers Insurance Open Experience January 25, 2016 – January 29,
2016: two (2) round-trip coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport
nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to San Diego International Airport in
San Diego, CA; one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for four (4) nights at
the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines; ground transportation to and from San Diego
International Airport; the opportunity for the winner to play alongside Rickie Fowler
(subject to availability) in the Wednesday, January 27, 2016 Pro-Am; two (2)

invitations to the 2016 Farmers Insurance Open Pro-Am Draw Party and Dinner on
January 26, 2016; two (2) invitations to the 2016 Farmers Insurance Open Pro-Am
Reception and Dinner on January 27, 2016 two (2) hospitality passes for Opening
Day of the 2016 Farmers Insurance Open January, 28, 2016; breakfast, lunch and
dinner for two (2) at Torrey Pines during stay; one (1) $1000 Pro-Am Gift package.
The total approximate retail value of the 2016 Farmers Insurance Open
Experience is $11,530, depending on exact itinerary.
(c) Cobra Puma Prize Package: one (1) Cobra custom club fitting experience at La
Costa Resort in San Diego, CA on January 26, 2016 and one (1) set of set of Cobra
golf clubs chosen by Sponsor based on winners specs (may include Driver, 3-Wood,
Hybrids, Irons, or Wedges; ground transportation to and from Torrey Pines to La
Costa. The total approximate retail value of the Cobra Puma Prize Package is
$1000.
Total approximate retail value of the grand prize package is $17,030 each.
Winner must be
prepared to travel to coincide with the event dates noted above (for the Butch
Harmon School of Golf Experience November 12, 2015 – November 15, 2015; for
the 2016 Farmers Insurance Open Experience January 25, 2016 – January 29,
2016; and the Cobra Puma Prize Package, January 26, 2016) otherwise winner
forfeits the entire grand prize package and an alternate winner may be chosen.
