GRAND PRIZE (1): The randomly selected Grand Prize Winner shall receive the following elements that collectively make up the “Grand Prize”:
(a) Two (2) tickets (ticket type/level shall be of Sponsor’s sole choosing, with a total ARV of $200) to the Event (asdefined below);
(b) One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) spending money in the form of a check (such check to be issued in the nameof the parent/legal guardian of the Grand Prize Winner if the Grand Prize Winner is a Qualifying Minor) that mayor may not be used to purchase travel and hotel accommodations for the Event.
(c) One (1) year’s supply of Bar-S product (total estimated retail value $600); and
(d) One CMT Prize Pack(as defined below).
Approximate total retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,860.00. In addition to attending the 2019 CMT Music Awards on or about June 5, 2019, in Nashville, Tennessee (subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion), the Grand Prize Winner and guest may be filmed,photographed, and interviewed (“Grand Prize Experience”). Grand Prize Experience may be used by Sponsor, Bar-S, and their respective designees for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes, worldwide, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, including but not limited to television and the World Wide Web/Internet, including Sponsor’s and/or Bar-S’s social media platforms and sites, without notice, review, or approval by Winner(s) and without additional compensation.
FIRST PRIZE (7): The seven (7) randomly selected First Prize Winners shall each receive the following elements that collectively make up the “First Prize(s)”:
(a) One (1) year’s supply of Bar-S product (total estimated retail value $600);
(b) One (1) two-hundred dollar ($200) Visa gift card; and
(c) One CMT Prize Pack (as defined below).
Total ARV of each First Prize is $860 for a total ARV of $6,020. In no event will Sponsor expend more than$6,020 on all elements of the First Prize. All First Prize details not specified will be determined in Sponsor’ssole and absolute discretion.
SECOND PRIZE (1,001): The one-thousand one (1,001) randomly selected Second Prize Winners shall receive one (1) prize pack (the “CMT Prize Pack”), consisting of: (i) one (1) BBQ Grill; (ii) one (1) BBQ Kit; (iii) one(1) apron; (iv) one (1) pair of sunglasses; (v) one (1) can koozie; (vi) one (1) hot dog toy; (vii) one (1) Bar-S coupon;and (viii) one (1) ten dollar ($10) Visa gift card. Total ARV of each Second Prize is $60 for a total ARV of $60,060.
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $67,940.00.
