One (1) Grand Prize awarded. Grand Prize will consist of:
• round trip air fare for two (2),
• one (1) room for up to five (5) nights, March 10 – 14, 2015 at Sheraton Greensboro Hotel at Four Seasons 3121 High Point Road at I-40 Greensboro, NC 27407, official hotel of the ACC Tournament,
• two (2) tickets to up to fourteen games of the 2015 ACC Basketball Tournament at Greensboro Coliseum,
• two (2) Guest passes to Raycom Sports hospitality suite,
• two (2) tickets to the 2015 ACC Men’s Legends event,
• the opportunity to watch a semi-final game on Friday, March 13 with Gas Monkey Garage owner, Richard Rawlings, AND to shoot a Half Court Shot during halftime of the second semi-final game for a chance to win $1 million.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the travel, lodging, game tickets and hospitality portion of the Grand Prize is up to $7,500 USD, depending on winner’s point of travel origin. If winner resides within 150 miles of Greensboro, NC, ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The number of hotel nights and the number of games attended as part of the Grand Prize will be based on when the confirmed winner fulfills all requirements set forth in these Official Rules and arrives in Greensboro.

The Half Court Shot: The randomly selected winner CANNOT choose another person to participate on his/her behalf. Winner shall not be permitted any practice, warm up, or qualifying shots at any time after his/her notification of participation in Grand Prize until the actual prize shot. This prize is not open to (i) current or former professional or semi-professional basketball players or coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world; (ii) current or former college or Olympic basketball players or coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world; or (iii) current or former high school basketball players or coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world in the past five (5) years (includes Freshmen, Junior Varsity, and Varsity for both men and women). Contestant is allowed one (1) attempt to successfully shoot a regulation basketball (circumference of 29.5”) through a regulation size basketball hoop from NCAA/NBA half court distance which measures no less than forty one feet nine inches (41’ 9”) from the shot location to the center of the basketball rim. The rim of the target hoop must not be less than ten (10) feet above the floor. The ball cannot bounce off the floor once released for the shot attempt. No part of the contestant’s body or clothing may come in contact with the demarcation lines prior to releasing the ball. Any such contact shall constitute a foul and the shot will be considered to be taken and missed. Two representatives of Administrator must serve as witnesses and shall supervise the Half-Court Shot.

Approximate Retail Value of the Half Court Shot attempt is $0. If the winner is successful in making the basket in compliance with these Official Rules and meets all other eligibility requirements as described in these Official Rules, he/she will win $1 million payable in the form of a 40 year annuity. The winner’s performance will be videoed by Sponsor or Administrator. The Approximate Retail Value of this portion of the Grand Prize for a successful Half Court attempt is $1,000,000.00 USD.
