There will be a total of one hundred thirty (130) Prizes (as defined below) awarded.
There will be twenty six (26) Weekly Winner Prizes awarded. Each Weekly Winner will receive one (1) Weekly Winner Prize. Weekly Winner Prize consists of: one (1) “Graceland”-branded towel; one (1) pair of sunglasses; one (1) set of earbuds; and one (1) beach cooler. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Weekly Winner Prize is ninety-two dollars ($92).
There will be one hundred four (104) Runner-Up Prizes. Each Runner-Up will receive one (1) Runner-Up Prize. Runner-Up Prize consists of: one (1) pair of sunglasses; and one (1) Graceland-branded UV shirt. ERV of Runner-Up Prize is thirty-four dollars ($34).
Weekly Winner Prizes and Runner-Up Prizes may be collectively referred to herein as “Prize” or “Prizes”.
ERV of all Prizes is five thousand nine hundred and twenty eight dollars ($5928). Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize may vary.
