ENTRY: To enter contestants must submit a name and valid email address on the form at the last page of the quiz. Contestants do not have to answer the questions but may instead skip to the entry page and submit their entry. Registration is free. There will be a new quiz that begins on the 15th of each month from January – December 2015. Contestants may enter as many times as they like during the monthly quiz and may also enter more than one monthly quiz.
Monthly Prize Selection One quiz contestant will be selected randomly as the monthly prize winner. Sponsor reserves the right not to select any winning submissions based upon the quantity or content of submissions. Potential winners will be required to sign and return a sworn Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release.
