Daily Prize: The same prize will be awarded to each of the fourteen (14) daily winners: The Walking Dead: The Complete Fourth Season on DVD (estimated retail value: $51.99).
Grand Prize: The Walking Dead: The Complete Fourth Season Limited Edition on Blu-Ray set and a trip for two (2) to Universal Studios Hollywood. Trip package includes:
• round-trip coach-class air transportation from an airport near winner’s home determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to Los Angeles, CA;
• two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy);
• two (2) tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights; and
• two (2) general admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood.
Note Halloween Horror Nights tickets do not include admission to the park during the day. Halloween Horror Nights is a separately ticketed event which runs 7pm – 2am. To attend Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights travel must be completed no later than November 3, 2014. In the event the winner is unable to travel and attend Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights on or before November 2, 2014, the winner will only receive general admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood and have until December 31, 2014 to complete travel or prize will be forfeited. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Halloween Horror Nights: This event is not recommended for children under 13. No costumes or masks allowed.
General: Universal Studios Hollywood tickets may not be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred by winner. Universal Studios Hollywood will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets. Winner must be 18 years of age or older to enter Universal Studios Hollywood unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Approximate retail value of trip and DVD set is $2,500.00. Approximate retail value for Halloween Horror Nights tickets are $77/ea and general admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood are $92/ea.
