PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LI in Houston, Texas, on Sunday, February 5, 2017, round-trip air transportation, where applicable, for winner and one (1) guest from major airport nearest winner’s home to Houston, Texas; double-occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (one [1] standard double-occupancy room); two (2) half-time show field passes; ground transportation (as determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion); admission for winner and guest into Sponsor’s Super Bowl Party; and two (2) commemorative gift bags. Additionally, winner only will receive $250 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). Exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor at a later date, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $8,550 depending on winner’s point of departure and destination airport.
Five (5) First Prizes will be awarded; one (1) per Entry Period. Each First Prize winner will receive a “Homegating Package” consisting of following items: One (1) flat screen TV (brand and model to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion); one (1) Bose home theatre system (model to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion); $50 Papa John’s Gift Card which may be used towards pizza and Pepsi products; $655 NFLShop.com Online Gift Certificate which may be used towards the purchase of four (4) NFL jerseys, four (4) NFL hats, one (1) set of NFL glasses (set of 4), one (1) set of NFL coasters; one (1) NFL Gameday Party Pack on NFLShop.com; and one (1) Wilson football. Gift card/certificate is subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. ARV of each First Prize: $1,940.
Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Total ARV of all prizes: $18,250.
