Three (3) Finalist Prizes: Each Finalist will receive two (2) tickets to a 2017 NFL regular season home game taking place near winners’ residences. Entrant of winning Finalist Entry must attend 2017 regular season game with the entries’ Eligible Subject. In the event an NFL team is not within one hundred fifty (150) miles, as determined by Sponsor, from winner’s residence, ticket portion of the prize may be awarded (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) in the form of a $250 NFLShop.com Gift Card. Terms and conditions on NFLShop.com Gift Card may apply. Travel to/from game is not included as part of the prize. Exact 2017 NFL regular season game tickets at Sponsor’s discretion. In the event tickets to a 2017 NFL regular season game are not available or selected game is postponed and not rescheduled or otherwise cancelled, no compensation or substitution for such portion of the prize will be provided; however, the remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. ARV of each Finalist prize package = $250.
One (1) Grand Prize: A seven (7) day/six (6) night trip for four (4) (winning entrant, his/her Eligible Child and up to two (2) additional Guests) to attend Super Bowl LI scheduled to take place on 2/5/17 in Houston, TX. Trip consists of a) round trip coach class air transportation for four (4) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to destination city; b) standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, quadruple occupancy) for six (6) nights; c) a mid-size rental car for seven (7) days; d) attendance for four (4) at Super Bowl 51 Game Day Fan Plaza; e) four (4) NFL Experience tickets; f) four (4) tickets to Super Bowl LI; g) NFL car service to and from the game; and h) a total of $1,000 spending money awarded (to winning entrant only) in the form of a check. Additionally, the Eligible Subject will have the special experience to be on the field for the Super Bowl pre-game and will hand the official game ball to a member of the officiating staff prior the start of Super Bowl LI. ARV of Grand Prize package = $23,990. Actual prize value may vary based upon location of winner’s residence. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. If winner resides within a one hundred fifty (150) mile radius of a destination city, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to a runner-up. Travel and accommodation restrictions and other restrictions may apply. Winner and his/her guest(s) must travel together on same itinerary for both trips and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. All travel arrangements must be made through travel agent of Sponsor’s selection on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Released Parties are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. In the event Super Bowl LI is postponed and rescheduled, the trip will be rescheduled. In the event any related event is postponed and not rescheduled, no compensation or substitution for such portion of the prize will be provided; however, the remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner.
