PRIZE: One (1) prize of a trip for winner and three (3) guests to Orlando, Florida, up to a $10,000 value. Trip includes airfare, accommodations, transportation, theme park tickets and spending money. At winner’s request, Administrator shall perform travel arrangements on winner’s behalf. Any balance of the $10,000 prize value remaining over total expenses incurred for trip shall be paid to the winner by check. Any cost of the trip in excess of the $10,000 prize value shall be the responsibility of the winner. Upon winner’s request, the full $10,000 prize value shall be paid to winner by check. Travel must be concluded by December 31, 2015. In the event winner has not, on or before June 30, 2015, either requested such full payment by check or engaged Administrator to perform travel arrangements on winner’s behalf, the full $10,000 prize value shall be paid to winner by check by July 31, 2015.
