PRIZES. A total of five (5) prizes (“Prize(s)”) will be awarded to five (5) prize winners (“Prize Winner(s)”) at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period in two (2) categories as follows:
(a) one (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) in the form of a trip for two (2) (the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest) to Montosa Ranch in Magdalena, New Mexico from Friday, October 13, 2017 through Thursday, October 19, 2017 to participate in a fully guided bull elk hunt (as further detailed below);
and (b) Four (4) first place prizes (“First Place Prize(s)”) awarded to four (4) first place prize winners (“First Place Prize Winner(s)”) in the form of $500 RMEF Gift Package (Approximate Retail Value (‘ARV”) of $500 each — in US Dollars). The complete Grand Prize package shall consist of the following: a fully guided bull elk hunting excursion accompanied by celebrity race driver Clint Bowyer and operated by licensed outfitter, RMEF (with meals, lodging, muzzleloader and ammunition provided on-site); roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence in the United States to the major airport closest to the hunting destination (departing on October 13, 2017 and returning on October19, 2017) (airport, carrier, and airline ticket class to be selected by Sponsor); ground transportation to and from the airports; on-site meals; required hunting and weapons use licenses and permits including a private elk license, game hunting license and habitat management and access validation stamp (subject to the qualifications of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest); use of muzzleloader and ammunition; and one shared double occupancy on-site lodging accommodation for six (6) nights (October 13, 2017 through October 19, 2017) (Grand Prize ARV $10,132).
