PRIZES AND THEIR CORRESPONDING APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”)
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive fifty (50) one hundred dollar ($100) Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar Gift Cards. ARV of Grand Prize: $5,000.00; and TEN (10) ENTRY PERIOD PRIZES: Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) one hundred dollar ($100) Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar Gift Card. ARV of each Entry Period Prize: $100.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $6,000.00. Each prize winner will be solely responsible for any and all air transportation and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, parking, gasoline, tolls, mileage, meals, beverages, gratuities and any and all personal incidentals required to travel to a Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Each prize must be redeemed by September 1, 2017.
