Five (5) Grand Prizes:
Each Prize Package will include the following: A trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV from 9/19/14 to 9/21/14 to attend the iHeartRadio
Music Festival. Domestic roundtrip airfare for winner and one (1) guest between the major metropolitan airport nearest prize winner’s
primary residence and (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to destination airport
for Las Vegas, NV; 3 days and 2 nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations at destination; two (2) tickets to the MGM
Grand Resorts Village on 9/20/14; and two (2) tickets to the iHeartRadio Music Festival on 9/19/14 and 9/20/14. The approximate retail
value of each prize is $3,000
