Prizes.
We will award one prize which consists of a trip for the winner and his/her guest to Houston, TX on or about May 22, 2015, to attend the “Comicpalooza: The Texas International ComicCon” convention on May 22-25, 2015 (the “Trip”). The prize consists of: • Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and one guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at an airport in the Houston, TX area (the “Airport”); and • 3 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a Houston area hotel to be determined by Sponsor or Celebrity Authentics in their sole discretion (the “Hotel”); and • Tickets for the winner and his/her guest to attend “Comicpalooza: The Texas International ComicCon” convention in Houston on May 22-25, 2015. • The opportunity for winner and guest to receive autographs from Jeremy Renner and Cobie Smulders at the Comicpalooza convention; and • The opportunity for winner and guest to receive a photo opportunity with Jeremy Renner and Cobie Smulders at the Comicpalooza convention. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize is $3,000.00.
