Grand Prize Award – Maximum of Five (5) Grand Prize Awards Available: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive:
A Sports Authority gift card in the amount of $500.00. Total maximum value of prize per winner is $500.00.
Sports Authority shall also make a $5,000.00 donation, awarded in the form of a Sports Authority gift card in the amount of $5,000.00, to the grand prize winner’s nominated school based upon acceptance of such award by the nominated school. Upon acceptance of award, nominated school will be required to provide the first and last name of its school principal or authorized representative of the nominated school, and their school email address. The nominated school must apply the $5,000.00 award toward school related activities. Award may not be redeemed for personal use by any school employee or student. Nominated school must redeem award at a designated Sports Authority store location as determined solely by Sponsor at the time of award. Individual winning entrant shall have no rights or claims of any kind related to the $5,000.00 Sports Authority donation portion of the prize award. Sports Authority gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of Sports Authority gift card program. If the purchase of any product or service from Sponsor exceeds the maximum retail value of the available award, then winner shall be responsible for the difference in the cost at time of prize delivery or acceptance. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award multiple merchandise cards in varying denominations to satisfy the total amount to be awarded.
