Prizes: The Winners will each receive the following individual prizes and Party prizes collectively referred to
herein as (“Prize” or “Prizes”): (a) individual prizing which will consist of: (i) two (2) roundtrip pairs of Emirates Airline
economy class tickets for the Winner and one (1) guest of Winner (“Guest”) to fly from one of Emirates U.S. gateways
(BOS, JFK, ORD, MCO, LAX, SFO, SEA, DFW, IAD or IAH) to Dubai, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of up to $2,600
per each Winner. (NO TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED TO OR FROM THE EMIRATES U.S. GATEWAYS. Trip must be redeemed and travel completed within one
(1) year of award date); (ii) a Marhaba Gold “meet & greet” experience which is a personalized airport meet & greet
service to guide Winner and their Guest through immigration and the arrival process, with an ARV of $296 for each
Winner; (iii) five (5) nights hotel accommodations in Dubai for Winner and Guest, which will be one (1) standard room
based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with
an ARV of $2,400 per each Winner; and (iv) an Arabian Adventure experience for Winner and Guest which includes a
private dune dinner safari and a traditional Dubai city tour, with an ARV of $140 for each Winner; and Party prizing (b)
consisting of the opportunity to have Party hosted at Winner’s place of employ, or such other place as approved by
Sponsor in its sole discretion, for up to twenty-five (25) co-workers (including Winner), which will include the following
elements that will all take place on the same day: (i) a two (2) hour catered event offering savory and sweet hors
d’oeuvres, with an ARV of $1,600 per each Winner; (ii) a two (2) hour after work happy hour (All participants must be 21
years of age or older), with an ARV of $1,800 per each Winner; and (iii) an in-office private movie showing, with an ARV of
$1,880 per each Winner. All elements of Party will be offered only to the same group of twenty-five (25) attendees. . In the event that all of the Party elements of the Prize are approved, then each applicable Winner will also
receive $1,584 issued in the form of a check in the Winner’s name which may be used by the Winner to offset his or her
income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting the Prize. The total ARV of all of the Prize
elements is $12,300 per each Winner (including the tax offset amount specified above). The total ARV of all of the Prizes is
$24,600.
