PRIZE(S): ONE (1) PRIZE: A four (4) day/three (3) night trip for Winner and (1) guest (together, the “Attendees”) to attend
2016 ESSENCE Festival® Presented by Coca Cola® (the “Event”) in New Orleans, Louisiana (the “Trip”). The Trip includes
round trip coach airfare for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the Winner’s residence to the major airport nearest New
Orleans, LA (as determined by the Prize Provider), three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double
occupancy/room and tax only) (hotel as determined by the Prize Provider), two (2) 3-day tickets for the Attendees to the Event
(seating as determined by the Prize Provider), and a one (1) year subscription to ESSENCE® Magazine (Approximate Retail
Value (“ARV”): $3,500.00). The total ARV of all prizes is $14,000.00. Prizes are provided by the Prize Provider.
