PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND ODDS OF WINNING:
A. Entry Period 1 Prizes (15): The prize for Entry Period 1 is one (1) $25 See’s Candy Gift Card (“Entry Period 1 Prize”). There will be up to fifteen (15) Entry Period 1 Prizes awarded. The ARV of each Entry Period 1 Prize is $25.
B. Entry Period 2 Prizes (10): The prize for Entry Period 2 is a $50 See’s Candy Gift Card (“Entry Period 2 Prize”). There will be up to ten (10) Entry Period 2 Prizes awarded. The ARV of each Entry Period 2 Prize is $50.
C. Entry Period 3 Prizes (5): The prize for Entry Period 3 is a $100 See’s Candy Gift Card (“Entry Period 3 Prize”). There will be up to five (5) Entry Period 3 Prizes awarded. The ARV of each Entry Period 3 Prize is $100.
D. Grand Prize (3): The grand prize is free See’s Candy for one (1) year up to a value of $599 (“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a gift card valued at $599. There will be three (3) Grand Prizes. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $599.
E. ARV: The total ARV of all prizes is $3,172.
