PRIZES:
There are three thousand five hundred (3,500) prizes consisting of either (i) two seats for individual performances at the HGTV Lodge, or (ii) two daily Artist Meet and Greet Pass for the CMA Artist in question. As all events and Meet and Greet opportunities are open to the public there is no additional monetary value to the prizes. The ARV of all prizing is $0. No transportation will be provided with any prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Sponsor in its sole discretion shall choose the item that the winner will receive.
