PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS: There are ninety (90) prizes (collectively, the “Weekly Prizes”) available to be won, fifteen (15) Weekly Prizes available per Weekly Entry Period.
Weekly Grand Prizes: There are six (6) Weekly Grand Prizes available to be won, one (1) Weekly Grand Prize per Weekly Entry Period. Each Weekly Grand Prize winner will receive a $2,500 Scholarship and a Snyder’s Lance branded lunch box. The ARV of each Weekly Grand Prize is: $2,515. $2,500 Scholarships will be awarded as a $2,500 deposit in winner’s 529 Plan College Savings Account (a “529 Account”) or the 529 Account of an individual chosen by winner to be the beneficiary for the scholarship. Scholarship recipient is responsible for establishing a 529 Account within 45 days of winner confirmation and is subject to all terms and conditions associated with such 529 Account based upon the 529 Account guidelines in the beneficiary’s state of residence. Scholarship will be paid directly to the 529 Account administrator as a contribution to an existing 529 Account or as initial funding for a new 529 Account, subject to any requirements/restrictions for contributions to such 529 Account. Grand Prize winner has the option to choose to receive a cash alternative prize of $2,500 in lieu of accepting the Grand Prize as a $2,500 deposit in a 529 Account.
Weekly First Prizes: There are six (6) Weekly First Prizes available to be won, one (1) Weekly First Prize per Weekly Entry Period. Each Weekly First Prize winner will receive a one-year supply of snacks and a Snyder’s Lance branded lunch box. The ARV of each Weekly First Prize is: $565. One-year supply of snacks will be awarded as four (4) quarterly shipments of Snyder’s Lance snacks. Weekly Second Prizes: There are six (6) Weekly Second Prizes available to be won, one (1) Weekly Second Prize per Weekly Entry Period. Each Weekly Second Prize winner will receive a mini tablet. The ARV of each Weekly Second Prize is: $414. The ARV of electronics prizes are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded. The difference of any such fluctuation will not be awarded to the winner.
Weekly Third Prizes: There are twelve (12) Weekly Third Prizes available to be won, two (2) Weekly Third Prizes per Weekly Entry Period. Each Weekly Third Prize winner will receive a $50 Prepaid Gift Card for school supplies and a Snyder’s Lance branded lunch box. The ARV of each Weekly Third Prize is: $65. Prepaid Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift card usage is subject to the issuing company’s complete terms and conditions, including expiration dates.
Weekly Fourth Prizes: There are sixty (60) Weekly Fourth Prizes available to be won, ten (10) Weekly Fourth Prizes per Weekly Entry Period. Each Weekly Fourth Prize winner will receive a Snyder’s Lance branded item and a Snyder’s Lance branded lunch box. The ARV of each Weekly Fourth Prize is: $32.
The total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $23,664.
