INSTANT WIN PRIZES: One hundred and seventeen (117) Instant Win Prizes will be awarded.
The Instant Win Prizes will consist of one of the following, as determined by the Sponsor in its
sole discretion on a random basis:
Fourteen (14) trips to a regional college football game plus car service to and from the game
with an individual ARV of $800. Selected game must be within 100 miles of winner’s residence.
If there is not a game within this designated area, winner will receive $800 in lieu.
Fourteen (14) All-in-One Tailgating Picnic/Barbecue/Cooler with an individual ARV of $120.00
Fifty (50) Gas Gift Cards with an individual ARV of $50.00
Fourteen (14) Sets of two (2) Tailgate Chairs with an individual ARV of $39.00Twenty-five (25) Emergency Roadside Kits with an individual ARV of $54.00
The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Instant Win Prizes is $17,276. Only the
number of prizes stated herein will be awarded. If, for whatever reasons and condition, more
valid prize claims are received for any prize than number of prizes stated herein, Sponsor may,
at its sole discretion, award only the stated number of prizes in a random drawing from among
all eligible, non-suspect prize claims received. Gift cards may be subject to additional terms and
conditions.
GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: There will be a total of one (1) potential Grand
Prize Winner selected in a random drawing conducted by Administrator and held on or about
December 5, 2013 from all eligible Sweepstakes entries received by Administrator. Odds of
winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the duration of the Sweepstakes
Period. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by Administrator by telephone on or about
December 5, 2013. If the potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted within forty-eight
hours following the first attempt at notification, the potential Grand Prize Winner forfeits prize
and another name will be randomly drawn by Administrator from all remaining eligible entries. In
the event that potential Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award
the applicable prize to an alternate Grand Winner by random drawing from among all remaining
eligible entries. The potential Grand Prize Winner must continue to comply with all terms and
conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
Potential Grand Prize Winner is subject to verification by Sponsor or Administrator. A
participant is not Grand Prize Winner of the prize unless and until their eligibility has been
verified and participant has been notified that verification is complete.
The potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute and return a prize acceptance
form, an affidavit of eligibility & liability release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity
release (“Winner Documents”) within seven (7) days of issuance to Administrator. Failure of the
potential Grand Prize Winner to complete and submit the Winner Documents within the
specified time period, if the Winner Documents are returned as undeliverable or if a potential
Grand Prize Winner is found ineligible or noncompliant with these Official Rules, such potential
Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected in
Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to conduct a background
check on potential Grand Prize Winner and disqualify any individual who has been charged or
convicted of a crime or, if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding a prize to such
individual may reflect unfavorably on the Promotion or Sponsor. The Administrator’s decisions
are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion.
GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Winner will win a trip for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests to
the Allstate Sugar Bowl Game on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at The Superdome (the “Game”) in
New Orleans, Louisiana. The Grand Prize will consist of the following:
(i) Buick Enclave
(ii) roundtrip coach-class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest
Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to
New Orleans, LA as determined by the sole discretion of the Sponsor;
(iii) three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations in New Orleans(two rooms; each
double occupancy) (room rate and tax only) in a hotel to be determined in the
Sponsor’s sole discretion;
(iv) tickets for Grand prize Winner and three (3) guests to the Game to watch portion of
Game with Kirk Herbstreit.(v) Allstate Sugar Bowl Game merchandise;
(vi) VIP Hospitality experience in New Orleans;
(vii) $5,000 gift card to cover expenses;
(viii) roundtrip coach-class air transportation from New Orleans, LA to airport in Southern
California (as determined by sponsor, in its sole discretion),
(ix) four (4) nights standard hotel accommodations in Southern California (two rooms;
each double occupancy) (room rate and tax only) in a hotel to be determined in the
Sponsor’s sole discretion;
(x) Tickets for Grand prize winner and three (3) guests to the Vizio BCS National
Championship game;
(xi) Roundtrip coach-class air transportation from Pasadena, CA to U.S. gateway airport
nearest Grand prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole
discretion); and
(xii) ground transportation to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The ARV of the Grand Prize is $63,695.
