Prizes: There will be no more than twenty (20) prizes awarded total, as set forth in Section 6. One (1) prize will be awarded during each Play Period. Each prize will have an approximate value ranging from Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) to an ARV of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) and will consist either of a cash equivalent, such as a check or gift card or trip to one of the following destinations: Sun Palace in Cancun, Mexico; AAA Four Diamond Beach Palace in Cancun, Mexico; Cozumel Palace in Cozumel, Mexico; Playacar Palace Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico; or AAA Four Diamond Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort in Cancun, Mexico (Trip details and restrictions set forth below). All monetary values expressed herein are in U.S. Dollars. No more than one (1) Prize will be awarded on air during an episode of The Wendy Williams Show during the Play Period.
During each day of the Play Period, Wendy Williams, a celebrity guest, member of The Wendy Williams Show staff or audience member will spin Wendy’s Maycation Giveaway Wheel which contains ten (10) pie wedges with following corresponding prize values
Mexico Trip Prize Details:
The Mexico Trip Prize includes
• Roundtrip coach air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest between a major airport closest to Winner’s residence (as determined by Heron in its sole discretion) and an airport in the vicinity of either Cancun, Mexico; Playa Del Carmen or Cozumel (depending on which trip the Winner wins);
• Four (4) nights/five (5) days single room, double-occupancy hotel accommodations at either the Sun Palace in Cancun, Mexico; the AAA Four Diamond Beach Palace in Cancun, Mexico; the Cozumel Palace in Cozumel, Mexico; the Playacar Palace Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico or the AAA Four Diamond Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort in Cancun, Mexico (depending on which trip the Winner wins) (referred to hereinafter individually as the “Resort”), each which includes the room rate, meals, alcoholic beverages, taxes, gratuity, and resort fees; and
• airport transfer to/from the Resort;
The ARV for each of the Mexico Trip Prizes is as follows:
o Sun Palace: $4,500.00 o Beach Palace: $4,500.00 o Cozumel Palace: $4,500.00 o Playacar Palace: $5,000.00 o Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort: $4,500.00
The ARV is based on the Winner having a Guest. ARV may vary from actual value, depending on date and point of departure, and whether or not the Winner brings a Guest. The Winner may not bring more than one (1) Guest. If the Winner does not bring a Guest, then any difference between stated and actual value shall not be awarded.
The Guest must be at least 18 years old.
The Mexico Trip Prize, if won, must be taken by May 25, 2017.
