breakfast, one (1) group lunch with Junior, two (2) Atlanta City Passes for the Attendees, two (2) one hundred dollar ($100.00)
cash gift cards (the “Promotional Card”), and two (2) gift bags for the Attendees (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
$2,500.00). The total ARV of all prizes is $12,500.00.
