6. PRIZES: One (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize” or “Prize”) will be awarded in this Sweepstakes to one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize shall consist of a four (4) night trip to Los Angeles, California (the “Trip”) for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (each a “Guest”) to attend a Despicable Me 3 premiere screening (“Premiere”) at a location to be determined in Los Angeles in June 2017, exact dates to be determined by Sponsor. The Trip includes: roundtrip coach air travel for Winner and up to three (3) Guests on the airline of Sponsor’s choice from a major airport near Winner’s home and in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to a major airport in Los Angeles (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of up to three (3) round trip coach air travel tickets: $2,000); one (1) standard, quad occupancy hotel room accommodations at a hotel near the Premiere location, as determined by Sponsor (on an if used basis) for the duration of the Trip, all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV of hotel room accommodations for four (4) nights: (ARV: $2,000); four (4) tickets to the Premiere tentatively scheduled to take place in June 2017 at a location to be determined in Los Angeles (ARV: not applicable); $500 in spending money for ground transportation and miscellaneous travel expenses (ARV: $500). The total ARV of the Grand Prize is four thousand two hundred dollars and zero cents ($4,500 USD).
