PRIZES: One (1) Prize of a $5,000 Home Makeover will be awarded to each Prize Winner. Prize includes a $5,000 Bassett Home Furnishings gift card and design consultation.
Gift card is subject to gift card terms and conditions. Gift card is unable to be redeemed online. Each Prize Winner must redeem his/her Bassett Home Furnishings gift card in store as well as set and complete his/her consultation appointment by November 30, 2014. Should any Prize Winner fail to redeem his/her Bassett Home Furnishings gift card in store and set and complete his/her consultation appointment by November 30, 2014, the Prize will be forfeited by Prize Winner and Sponsor nor any other Sweepstakes Entity shall have any obligation to such individual.
