PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) grand
prize (“Grand Prize” or “Prize”) will be awarded. Each Grand Prize Winner
(“Grand Prize Winner” or “Winner”) will receive an Impractical Jokers
Cruise® package to Costa Maya, departing on November 1, 2017, for
winner and up to three (3) guests (together with the winner, the “Group”),
consisting of a four (4) night cruise on the Norwegian Pearl (“Ship”) (the
“Trip”). Trip consists of the following elements for the Group: [a] one (1)
stateroom (quad occupancy) aboard Ship; [b] all onboard meals (with
exception of specialty restaurants as listed on the Impractical Jokers
Cruise® website); [c] pre-paid gratuities, Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses
(as defined on the Impractical Jokers Cruise® website); [d] if winner’s
residence is located more than two hundred (200) miles from New
Orleans, LA, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected
carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near
Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and Louis Armstrong New
Orleans International Airport (or other airport at Sponsor’s discretion), but if
winner’s residence is located two hundred (200) miles or less from New
Orleans, LA, round-trip ground transportation will not be provided,
however, Port of New Orleans (“Port”) parking for one (1) personal vehicle
is covered; there is no compensation for mileage driven or reimbursement
for fuel or a rented vehicle, and [e] airport/Port transfers if air
transportation is provided. Additional restrictions and/or inclusions
regarding the Trip may apply. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand
Prize is $3,500,
