You must be a registered user of Twitter and follow @BudweiserRacing on Twitter athttp://www.twitter.com/budweiserracing in order to participate in the Contest. Twitter registration is free and can be obtained by logging on to www.twitter.com and following the online instructions to open an account. You must be registered for the Contest in order to earn points (“Point” or “Points”) as outlined in Rule #4. Participation prior to or without registration does not count towards the Contest. For each Entry Period, Sponsor (@BudweiserRacing) will post one (1) or more questions per day pertaining to racing and Kevin Harvick. Each Entry Period may have more than one (1) question per day. Look for Sponsor’s Twitter post with the question and submit your answer to the question presented with hashtag #SpeedTweets and Twitter handle @BudweiserRacing (“Entry” or “Answer”) for an opportunity to earn Points as outlined in Rule #4. Entries must be in English. Participants may submit more than one (1) answer per question, however, only the first correct answer submitted may count towards that participant’s Point total. Each Entry must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. (CST or CDT, depending on day/time) on the day the question was posted, in order to be eligible to earn Points
Only the first forty-three (43) correct answers are eligible to receive Points per question. Points will be awarded on a declining point scale starting with forty-three (43) Points (i.e. The first participant to submit a correct answer will receive forty-three (43) Points; the second participant to submit a correct answer will receive forty-two (42) Points; the third participant to submit a correct answer will receive forty-one (41) Points; and so on until the forty-third (43rd) participant to submit a correct answer receives one (1) Point.) The ranking of the top 43 participants will be based on Twitter’s time stamp accompanying each answer. For each new Entry Period, participant’s point total begins at zero (0); previous Points do not count towards a new Entry Period. Points may not be combined with Points received from prior Entry Periods within this Contest.
PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize (19 total, 1 per Entry Period): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Charlotte, North Carolina. Travel dates: August 18, 2014 to August 20, 2014. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from major airport nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights, and an entry invitation for winner (only) in a Budweiser go-kart racing event with Kevin Harvick. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Winner and guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (i.e. passport or driver’s license) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in. Travel, accommodations and go-cart event are at the Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability and change. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner’s responsibility. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure.
