(i) Four (4) equal quarterly payments each in the amount of $3,818.14 in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner’s order for a total cash amount of $15,273.60;
(ii) One (1) Skype session with nutritionist and Nutrition Stripped author McKel Hill (ARV: $750);
(iii) one (1) twelve (12) consecutive month health club membership (ARV: $700);
(iv) One (1) gift certificate to a sponsor designated apparel retailer to be redeemable for work-out gear (ARV: $250);
(v) One (1) year’s supply of True Citrus products and True Citrus accessories (ARV:$250); and
(vi) One (1) autographed copy of McKel Hill’s book Nutrition Stripped (ARV: $14).
