Prizes:
A. Thirty-six (36) total prizes will be randomly drawn as follows:
1st prize: Trip for the winner and two (2) guests to play a round of golf with Major Dan Rooney, founder of Folds of Honor, Iraq war veteran and PGA Professional, at The Patriot in Owasso, OK, a private fighter jet tour, three (3) bomber jackets and three (3) dozen Titleist Velocity golf balls with Folds of Honor logo.*
2nd prize: Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Titleist Vokey Folds of Honor Limited Edition wedge (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $213.00) and one (1) dozen Titleist Velocity golf balls (ARV $35.00). Total ARV of each prize is $248.
3rd prizes: Twenty five (25) winners will each receive six (6) dozen Titleist Velocity golf balls. Total ARV of each prize is $210.
* Winner and two (2) guests will receive round trip air transportation from the nearest major airport to winner’s address to Tulsa, Oklahoma; one (1) rental car for three (3) days (subject to car rental company’s eligibility requirements); one (1) four bedroom cottage for three days/two nights at the Lincoln Cottages; and $300.00 spending money to cover meals, etc. The ARV of the package is five thousand one hundred dollars ($5,100.00).
