INSTANT WIN GAME: Daily Prizes: Six (6) prizes will be randomly seeded, at predetermined designated winning times (“winning times”) throughout each day during the promotion period. The first eligible participant to enter at the Winning Time will be the potential winner of the seeded prize. The Winning entries will be notified immediately upon submission.
SWEEPSTAKES: Sweepstakes Prizes: On or about January 4, 2016, one (1) First Prize Winner, one (1) Second Prize Winner and one (1) Third Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing amongst all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. On or about five (5) business days after the drawings, the Administrator will contact the potential Sweepstakes Prize Winners via email and/or phone utilizing the information that was provided upon Entry.
Prizes/Odds:
Daily Prizes: Three (3) $25 ECS Tuning Rewards, two (2) $50 ECS Tuning Rewards and one (1) $100 ECS Tuning Reward, will be awarded daily during the duration of the promotion. A total of 252 Daily Prizes will be awarded with a total Retail Value (“RV”) of $11,550.
Sweepstakes Prizes: First Prize: One (1) $5,000 ECS Tuning Reward, RV of $5,000. Second Prize: One (1) $2,500 ECS Tuning Reward, RV of $2,500. Third Prize: One (1) $1,000 ECS Tuning Reward, RV of $1,000. A total of three (3) Sweepstakes. Prizes will be awarded with a total RV of $8,500. Total RV of all Prizes awarded $20,050. Odds of winning a Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
