Grand Prize Trip: Each Contest Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for one (1) to a project location listed above (exact location will be disclosed when winner is verified as eligible and shall be determined by Presenter in its sole discretion). Round-trip coach-class air transportation for one (1) from a major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence (determined by Presenter in its sole discretion) to a commercial airport near the project location; three (3) nights’ accommodations (single room, single occupancy), determined by Presenter in its sole discretion; ground transportation to and from destination airport; select food and beverages while at the project site and project activities (menu determined by Presenter in its sole discretion); and a check in the amount of $1,000.00. Transportation to and from project location will be provided. Each winner will be expected to work hands-on up to eight (8) hours a day with a designated Continental Divide Trial Coalition team project team leader. Each winner must agree to participate in project, work on designated tasks by the CDT Coalition project team leader, attend the location specified by Presenter, and depart and return on dates specified by Presenter or the prize may be forfeited and winner will not receive any compensation. No alternate travel dates available. Presenter reserves the right to provide a cash alternative or to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All dates are subject to change. Winner must possess required travel documents (i.e., valid, government-issued photo ID) prior to departure. Winner must present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon arrival at the project destination. If winner cannot travel on dates specified, the prize will be forfeited. Presenter will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Presenter and Presenter’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. In the event a winner does not travel, prize will be forfeited and airline tickets canceled. No transfer or substitution of prize is permitted. Presenter will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. The approximate retail value (ARV) of $2,800 for each prize is an estimate; the actual value may also vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference, if any, between actual and estimated approximate retail value. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Winner will be required to provide state and federal tax reporting information as a condition of agreeing to attend the trip and will receive an IRS form 1099 for the total value of the trip as stated above. The opportunity to participate in a 2017 Team Marlboro Undivided Project contest is contingent upon meeting all eligibility requirements. Limit: one (1) Grand Prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $280,000.
