PRIZE: Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will be chosen for the RoadBikeReview Panaracer EVO3 Tire Giveaway grand prizes. Winners will be chosen random from all eligible entries. The winners are responsible for all other expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the prize. There are three (3) grand prizes available to be won (the “Prize”), which consists of one (1) set of Panaracer EVO3 Tires (front tire and rear tire).
