Prize: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) Live Nation® Ultimate Access Pass™ – 2015 National Pass (the
“Pass”); and a $200.00 pre-paid cash card. The Pass entitles the Pass holder plus one guest access to Live Nation
produced concerts at participating Live Nation owned and operated venues in the United States. Participating
venues are subject to change at any time. The Pass is only valid for general admission/lawn tickets in 2015. Total
value of tickets not to exceed $1500.00. Pass holder must reserve tickets at least seven days prior to event
through a dedicated reservation email address. Reservations may be required (3) weeks in advance during
December 2015 events.
Approximate Retail Value of the grand prize is: One Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($1,700.00).
