HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes. An eligible entry that includes the hashtag “#teamquicksilver” will be placed into the Quicksilver entry pool (“Quicksilver Entry Pool”). An eligible entry that includes the hashtag “#teamventure” and will be placed into the Venture entry pool (“Venture Entry Pool”).
A. Instagram: An entrant must log in to his/her Instagram® account and create a post on his/her feed that explains or shows why the entrant is on “#teamquicksilver” or on “#teamventure.” The post must include one (1) of the following pairs of hashtags: (i) “#teamquicksilver” and “#sweepstakes” or (ii) “#teamventure” and “#sweepstakes.” Following a valid post, an entrant will receive one (1) entry (“Instagram Entry”) into either the Quicksilver Entry Pool or the Venture Entry Pool (according to the hashtags used, as described above). NOTE: The post must be a new Instagram post. Placing the hashtags on an existing Instagram post or photograph posted prior to the start of the Sweepstakes Period will not be considered a valid Instagram Entry.
B. Twitter: A entrant may log in to his/her Twitter® account, follow @CapitalOne (if he/she does not already), and post a Tweet that explains or shows why the entrant is on “#teamquicksilver” or on “#teamventure.” The Tweet must include one (1) of the following pairs of hashtags: (i) “#teamquicksilver” and “#sweepstakes” or (ii) “#teamventure” and “#sweepstakes.” Following a valid Tweet, an entrant will receive one (1) entry (“Twitter Entry”) into either the Quicksilver Entry Pool or the Venture Entry Pool (according to the hashtags used, as described above). NOTE: An entrant must follow @CapitalOne and have a non-private Twitter account to enter the Sweepstakes and maintain such non-private account for at least thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends to be eligible to win/claim a prize for potential winner notification purposes.
C. Facebook: During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will post a status on its Facebook page at www.facebook.com/CapitalOne inviting entrants to respond (“Invitation Post”). An eligible entrant must comment on the Invitation Post and explain or show why the entrant is on “#teamquicksilver” or on “#teamventure.” The comment must include either the hashtag “#teamquicksilver” or “#teamventure” Following a valid comment, an entrant will receive one (1) entry (“Facebook Entry”) into either the Quicksilver Entry Pool or the Venture Entry Pool (according to the hashtags used, as described above). NOTE: Sponsor will post one or more Invitation Posts during the Sweepstakes Period (at Sponsor’s sole discretion).
Entries must be the original work of entrant.
Entry Limit: Limit three (3) total Entries per person per day (limit of one [1] Instagram Entry, one [1] Twitter Entry, and one [1] Facebook Entry per person per day).
On or about June 28, 2016, the Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential prize winner from all eligible Entries received into the Quicksilver Entry Pool and one (1) potential prize winner from all eligible Entries received into the Venture Entry Pool.
Prizes (2; 1 per Entry Pool): Prize is a check for $10,000 made payable to each winner. Two (2) Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes. ARV of each Prize is $10,000.
Total ARV of all available Prizes in the Sweepstakes is $20,000.
