Grand Prize (1): The winner will receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest to San Diego, California.
Travel dates: July 9, 2016 – July 13, 2016.
Trip consists of
round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest between a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence and San Diego, CA;
hotel accommodations (one [1] standard double occupancy room) for four (4) consecutive nights in San Diego, CA at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and
two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest for the 2016 MLB® All-Star Game® scheduled to take place at Petco Park on July 12, 2016, in San Diego, California (collectively, the “Grand Prize”).
Game date is subject to change. Seating assignments at the game are subject to availability and change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel and accommodations restrictions apply and are subject to availability and change at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or Grand Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Winner and his/her guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including a valid driver’s license) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor and the MLB Entities are not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in for incidentals. Any costs incurred by winner due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities, trip cancellation insurance, personal purchases and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is up to $3,805.60.
Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure. If winner cannot accept Grand Prize as specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner (time permitting). Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable Major League Baseball Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition tickets awarded as part of the Grand Prize will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. The winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the Grand Prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game, event or exhibition ticket(s). The Grand Prize does not include tickets to any event or exhibition during the 2016 MLB All-Star Week other than as specifically set forth herein.
