PRIZING: For each Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) Grand Prize winner (collectively a “Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip for him/herself and one (1) guest (guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of Grand Prize Winner’s entry) (the “Guest”) to Austin, TX for a Zac Brown Band concert and Eat and Greet on November 8, 2015. (the “Trip Package”). Trip Package includes (i) round-trip domestic coach airfare for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest from the airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in or around Austin, TX; (ii) accommodations for two (2) nights (standard room, double occupancy) for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests; (iii) ground transportation to/from the airport and hotel for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest; (iv) two (2) tickets to see Zac Brown Band in Austin, TX; (v) two (2) backstage passes for the Zac Brown Band concert; and (vi) two (2) tickets to the Zac Brown Band Eat and Greet. All of the above shall hereinafter be referred to as a “Grand Prize.” Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is Two Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($2,800.00). Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. ARV of Grand Prizes may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates and fare/rate fluctuations. Any person that participates in the Trip Package that is not the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest must pay his/her own expenses.
Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest must be able to travel on dates to be determined by Sponsor. Exact dates of travel to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Trip Package is subject to certain restrictions. All meals, ground transportation and incidentals not described herein and incurred by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest.
