Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize winner will receive $2,000 awarded in the form of a check and Sponsor will make a $2,000 contribution on winner’s behalf to a charity of the winner’s choice (charity must be recognized as a 501(c) charitable organization). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Sweepstakes Grand Prize: $4,000.
Grand Prize Winner will not be responsible for any associated taxes for charity portion of prize; however, they are responsible for federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prize not specified as covered as part of prize herein. Charity selected by Grand Prize winner will be subject to Sponsor’s verification and approval. An authorized representative of the charity that winner has chosen may be required to sign certain documents required by Sponsor within fifteen (15) days of date of issuance in order to receive the contribution. If for any reason, the selected charity cannot accept the contribution, Sponsor will select an alternate charity to receive the contribution. Charity may not substitute, assign or transfer contribution. Charity is responsible for reporting and payment, if any, of all applicable federal, state and local taxes incurred with contribution.
