First, fill in your information on the entry page, including your name, your email, your phone number, your current weight, your goal weight, select “yes” or “no” to the question, “Have you ever purchased the Nutrisystem program?”, complete the phrase “I Want To Get Back In The Picture Because…”, upload a “current” picture of yourself and then hit the “Submit Entry” button to submit your entry. Once your entry is submitted, you will be taken to a Thank You page.

ALL ENTRIES must be RECEIVED by Nutrisystem by 11:59 p.m. ET on the deadline of Wednesday, September 24, 2014. No exceptions.
All entries will be reviewed by a Nutrisystem panel of judges, who will select five (5) winners based on the explanation which completes the phrase “I Want To Get Back In The Picture Because…” (See Official Rules for details.) The five (5) winners will be announced on Facebook.com/Nutrisystem on or about Wednesday, October 08, 2014. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected from the five (5) winners based on greatest percentage of votes over a 2 month voting period. (See Official Rules for details.) The one (1) grand prize winner will be announced on Facebook.com/Nutrisystem on or about Monday, December 15, 2014.
JUDGING OF WINNERS: On or about Thursday, September 25, 2014, a panel of qualified Nutrisystem judges will evaluate all entries. Entries will be judged based on the explanation which completes the phrase “I Want To Get Back In The Picture Because…” and that is original and relative to the mission of Nutrisystem.
Each entry will be evaluated on a scale of 1-10. In the event of a tie, the judges will reevaluate the tied entries based on the Judging Criteria using a scale of 1-20. The decisions of the judges with respect to the selection of the potential winners and all other matters related to the Back In The Picture Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. The potential winners will be notified by e-mail and via phone on or about September 25, 2014. In the event a potential winner notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate entrant will be selected based on the Judging Criteria.
JUDGING OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER: On or about Monday, December 8, 2014, a panel of qualified Nutrisystem judges will select (1) grand prize winner based on greatest percentage of votes as tabulated in the Woobox application at http://woobox.com/qia3tv. Limit one vote per person per day. The potential winner will be notified by e-mail and via phone on or about December 8, 2014. In the event a potential winner notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate entrant will be selected based on the Judging Criteria.
PRIZES:
On or about September 25, 2014, Five (5) winners will be chosen and receive:
• Three (3) 28-day Nutrisystem® My Way® Select Favorites Programs
• A family photo shoot in the winner’s hometown, plus complimentary hair and makeup for the winning individual.

On or about December 8, 2014, one of the five winners will be chosen to receive a grand prize:
• An all-expense paid trip to an exclusive tropical location (Trip for 4: Winner plus 3 guests). Location to be determined by Nutrisystem, in its sole discretion.
FOR ALL PRIZES: Prizes are not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of prize is $15,000.00.
