Two (2) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize winner will receive (a) the opportunity, subject to availability, for winner, accompanied by MLBP personnel, to go on the field after the final 2016 MLB World Series game and help in the passing out of Championship product to the winning Club of the 2016 MLB World Series; (b) two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) for each 2016 MLB World Series game where the winner of the 2016 MLB World Series could be determined (i.e., possible inclusion of games 4, 5, 6 and/or 7) (each, a “Clinch Game”), (c) coach-class airfare for winner and his/her one (1) Guest between the city with a major airport nearest winner’s residence in the U.S. and the host city(ies) of the applicable Clinch Games awarded as part of the Grand Prize (“Host City(ies)”); and (d) hotel accommodation (one [1] standard room, double occupancy) at hotel(s) determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion in the Host City(ies) (the exact number of nights to be determined based on the number of game(s) for which tickets are awarded); (e) ground transportation in the Host City(ies) to/from the airport(s) and the applicable hotel(s); and (f) the opportunity, subject to availability, for winner to attend a meet and greet with Big Sean on the date and at the Host City of the first Clinch Game (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $2,200 USD. Stated ARV assumes award of tickets to games 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the 2016 MLB World Series, five (5)-night hotel accommodation, and airfare between three (3) cities; actual value will vary depending on, among other factors, the number of games for which tickets are awarded, Winner’s city of departure and location of Host City(ies).
